No refund will be granted for tours interrupted at client's own will.
Any order can be cancelled (or altered) only by sending a request at City-Explore.com at the following adress 38, avenue Victor Hugo, asking for a receipt.
Any alteration should be asked at least three days before the service is expected to begin.

Cancellation fees
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fees (with a minimum amount of five euros) will be deducted from the refund :

• more than 7 days before the services begin, 5 % of the overall price
• between 7 and 3 days before the services begin, 10% of the overall price
• 2 days defore the beginning of the services, 20% of the overall price (except for LO2 tour, 100%)
• the day before expected departure, 40% of the overall price (except for LO2, JP1 and EL tours, 100%)
• the day of departure : no refund

The following services, which do not need any reservation, can be altered whenever, without any charge.
They can be refunded minus a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the total amount paid, with a minimum amount of 5 euros :
